One part gourmet dinner, one part dance club, one part ice cream cake — that’s right – ice cream cake. That’s what made Morgan and Joe’s reception at Green Valley Ranch for me. Tanya Gersh did a fantastic job putting together this spectacular event — every detail was perfect — and there was even a full moon. If that’s not “MoJoe” I don’t know what is. I loved the surprise entrance of the wedding cake – made up of individual ice cream cakes with sparklers for the entire group. And the gold glitter TOMS the bride had stowed at her table for dance party time was a smart touch.
